Interested participants may download the checklist and project proposal form through the official microsite. This will serve as the registration form. Forms will also be provided during the live training workshops to be organized for a better understanding of the guidelines and requirements. Representatives are encouraged to attend.
Organizations are encouraged to submit entries for both the Resilience and Green categories.
Each entry should include the organization or institution’s ongoing practices of the organization or institution.
Previous award recipients are eligible to reapply, provided their submissions demonstrate new or enhanced initiatives compared to previous entries. Additional requirements are:
Entry forms may be submitted either during the training workshop or via email at entry.greenawards@quezoncity.gov.ph. Deadline of submission of entries is July 15, 2025, 5:00 PM. You may also visit Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department to submit your entry.
Other documents must be presented as supporting evidence during field validation.
The QC Green Awards Committee’s decision is final.
