How To Join

Entry forms (checklist and project proposal) will be available during the live training or can be accessed via the official microsite. Training workshops per sector will be conducted to ensure thorough understanding of the guidelines and requirements. Attendance is highly encouraged.

Organizations may submit entries for both the Resilience and Green categories.

Each entry should include the following:

  • organization’s or institution’s ongoing best practices
  • a project proposal for a new initiative

As an additional requirement, 2023 awardees should submit a progress report of their previous Green Award project proposal, while 2024 awardees are required to submit a project utilization plan.

For those attending the training workshops, participants will be asked to submit the checklist as initial entry, which may still be updated until the deadline for submission of entries on July 30, 2025, 5:00 PM.

Final submissions can also be submitted via email at entry.greenawards@quezoncity.gov.ph, or you may visit the Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Department, 6th Floor Civic Center D (BRO Building), Quezon City Hall Compound.

The decision of the QC Green Awards Committee is final.
